Minister Bourita congratulated Ambassador Poladian on the occasion of assuming his position by wishing him productive work and every success for the benefit of developing the Armenian-Moroccan bilateral relations.

Ambassador Poladian thanked the Minister for the good wishes, touched upon the centuries old ties between the Armenian and the Arab peoples and briefed on the current dynamics between Armenia and the Arab countries. Ambassador Poladian expressed his willingness to exert all the efforts aimed at enhancing Armenian-Moroccan bilateral relations to a qualitative new extent and fostering multifaceted collaboration between the two countries.

During the meeting, Ambassador Poladian touched upon the situation in the South Caucasus, as well as briefed on the “Crossroads of Peace” project introduced by the Government of Armenia as the basis for establishing lasting peace and mutually beneficial cooperation for the entire region.

Ambassador Poladian also had a meeting with Director of European Affairs of the Foreign Ministry of Morocco Adghoughi Redouane, which was followed by the official ceremony. The interlocutors touched upon the issues of mutual interests, emphasized the importance of political dialogue between the Foreign Ministries of the two countries, development of sectoral cooperation and exchange of high-level visits.
